Loyalty Card    

The Silvershop Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Silver Shops Australia Pty Ltd. We reserve the right to withdraw the card at any time.

Silvershop reserves the right to alter or amend conditions of operation of the loyalty scheme, or terminate the scheme at any time. No alteration, amendment or termination will affect any vouchers or special offers already issued at that time.

The Silvershop loyalty card can be used at any Silvershop store or with any purchase made at www.silvershop.com.au.

Silvershop shopping credits will be earned on purchases made at any Silvershop store or www.silvershop.com.au. Gift Voucher, Repair payments, and warranty replacements do not attract loyalty points.

Silvershop Card cannot be used as a credit card.

To earn Silvershop credits on a transaction, simply present your loyalty card at the register when making a purchase in store, or advise during a web purchase. If your card is not presented, your purchase will not be recorded and loyalty points cannot be given. Points cannot be given retrospectively.

There is no minimum spend required to gain loyalty points.

Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 4 points for every dollar.

Loyalty points are not earned on sale items, jewellery repairs or jewellery cleans.

Loyalty points are realised on monies paid on Lay-by's at the completion of the lay-by.

A minimum of 2,000 points is required before a shopping voucher will be issued. A maximum $20 voucher per cardholder will be issued each month, regardless of points accrued.  Vouchers are valid for 3 months.  Should a cardholder retain more than 2000 points, this amount will rollover into the following month and another voucher would be issued.

Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

The calculation of loyalty points may vary from time to time at the discretion of Silvershop.

Vouchers issued will be linked to that specific customer and may only be used when presented with that customer loyalty card.
