We want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers and team members is our absolute priority. We are closely monitoring developments of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the government and relevant health authorities.

All of our Silvershop community—from our team members to customers—deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. We ask that you please support our store teams who are committed to serving you, as our store service will look a little different and take a little longer during these times.

If you are feeling unwell in any way, we ask that you please do not visit our stores.

OPENING HOURS

All of our retail stores are open for trade. You can view our store locations and store contact details here.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

To comply with social distancing regulations, we ask all customers and team members to remain 1.5m apart at all times throughout the store. Store capacity will be limited to achieve social distancing. All stores will have their individual capacity signage displayed at the front of their store.  The entrance may be cordoned off at times to help us monitor capacity.

STORE HYGIENE

Please use the complimentary hand sanitiser at the entrance. We have increased the frequency of cleaning in high touch areas with a focus on counters, handles and displays.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT

Contactless is our preferred payment option, however other payment methods will be taken at the discretion of our team in-store.

SUPPORTING OUR TEAMS

We’re ensuring all team members have the opportunity to regularly wash and sanitise their hands and they will not come to work if they feel unwell, have recently travelled overseas or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. Our team members have also been encouraged to download the COVIDSafe app to assist in the fight against COVID-19; you can download it too via the App Store or Google Play.
