This is why we wanted to create an accessible no-fuss way to evolve your jewellery collection sustainably. 

Our collaboration with The Gilded Goose cultivates a culture of less waste and more intentional buying. Available in any Silvershop bricks and mortar store. Simply bring in your gold and silver items so that we can evaluate it in return for a gift voucher to buy more of what you really love.

HOW TO SWAP YOUR GOLD AND SILVER

  1. Visit any Silvershop location with your gold or silver items - jewellery coins, bullion, silverware, or anything in between. Our team will weigh, photograph and securely seal your items in front of you, then ship them to The Gilded Goose.
  2. The Gilded Goose will assess your items and send you an obligation-free offer by email within a week of receiving your items.
  3. Accept and receive store credit in the form a gift card to spend at any Silvershop location.


Not happy with your offer? Simply decline and we'll return your items free of charge.

Just bring your items and a valid photo ID (driver’s licence or passport). We’ll handle the rest.

The in-store assessment typically takes 15–30 minutes depending on the number of items. You’ll receive your offer via email within a week of Gilded Goose receiving your items.

No problem at all. There’s no obligation to accept. If you decline, your items are returned to you at no cost.

We accept items in any condition—broken, tarnished, outdated or pristine. The valuation is based on metal content and weight, not aesthetics.

Store credit is issued as a gift card that can be used at any Silvershop location. You can use it in-store at your convenience.

There’s no strict minimum, but very small quantities of precious metal may not yield a meaningful offer. Bring your items in and we’ll let you know.
