We aim to have Click and Collect orders ready for collection within 2 to 24 hours of an order being placed*. 

Should there be any delay with your order fulfillment, you will be contacted by one of our friendly Silver Stylists.  

* Please note, extended fulfillment times may occur due to Public Holidays when our stores are closed.

Once your order has been prepared by our Silver Stylists, you will receive an email advising your order is ready for collection.

Please take a copy of your Ready to Collect e-mail.

Yes, they simply need a copy of your Ready to Collect email.

Click & Collect is completely free.

You have 14 days to collect your order. If we are unable to contact you to make alternate arrangements, your order will be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

We offer an exchange, Gift Card or refund (full price items) for any Click & Collect purchase returned within 30 days of pick up. It is important the items remain in original condition. Proof of purchase is required prior to return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
