What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ gives you free return shipping for a small fee. If you need to return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery, your return shipping label is covered.

Checkout+ can be added or removed at any time before you complete your purchase.
If you purchased Checkout+, simply register your return through our Returns Portal and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Please note that Checkout+ is optional and the fee is non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

WITH CHECKOUT+
Purchased Checkout+ with your order?
  1. Register your return through our Returns Portal.
  2. Submit your return request for approval.
  3. Once approved, your prepaid return label will be emailed to the email address used for your order.
  4. Print and attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
Don’t have access to a printer? You can use the QR code provided at the post office and they can print your return label for you.

WITHOUT CHECKOUT+
Didn't purchase Checkout+?
  1. Register your return through our Returns Portal.
  2. Purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal.
  3. Your return label will be emailed to the email address used for your order.
  4. Print and attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
Don’t have access to a printer? You can use the QR code provided at the post office and they can print your return label for you.

Please note that return shipping is at your own cost if you did not purchase Checkout+. You will be prompted to pay for your return label by credit or debit card before submitting your return.

Important Return Information
  • You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to register your return.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it has been received.
  • All returns must be registered through our Returns Portal and use the return label provided through the portal. Returns sent using another provider will not be accepted.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

All gift with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. Gifts with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. In the event of a change of mind return, all Gift with purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.
