Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable. Please note: final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Yes, all Silvershop pieces are covered with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If you believe your item has a fault or you'd like to make a warranty claim, please read our Warranty Policy and contact us at hello@silvershop.com.au.

We also offer a complimentary jewellery cleaning service at all Silvershop stores. Please note that cleaning is subject to in store capacity and, during busy or peak periods, turnaround times may be longer. Our team will always do their best to have your jewellery cleaned as soon as possible.
