At its heart sits a prismatic array of fancy-cut natural gemstones, culminating in a brilliant citrine, believed to bring luck, clarity and prosperity.

Crafted in 18k gold vermeil, each horseshoe is purposefully oriented upwards, symbolising an open vessel that catches and holds good fortune. Make your jewellery the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Where possible avoid contact with pool water, the ocean, perfume, makeup and lotions – these can all affect the colour and finish of your jewellery.

Precious jewellery will naturally tarnish and can look dull over time. We suggest using one of our signature Silvershop Care Kits to regularly clean and polish your jewellery.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post’s Express Post service.

All orders will include the option for a Flat Rate of $15 for Express Shipping (Approx 2-3 business days from dispatch date) .

For orders over $99, we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment being processed.

During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s day and any other promotional period, it may take us up to 72 hours to dispatch your order.

In the unlikely event of further delays, for instance if a piece is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking email with your AusPost tracking information once your order has been processed.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partner, Australia Post will no longer require a signature on delivery. This allows them to drop your parcel at the door without contact to maintain social distancing due to COVID-19.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so that we can do our best to assist.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are currently only able to provide international delivery to New Zealand. Our delivery options to the United States have been temporarily suspended.

New Zealand

Enjoy FREE standard delivery to New Zealand for all orders over $249AUD.

Express delivery to New Zealand for all orders over $249AUD is offered at $10AUD.

For all orders under $249, the following delivery charges will apply:
Standard delivery (5 - 10 business days) - $25AUD
Express delivery (3 - 5 business days) - $35AUD

United States

As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States effective immediately until further notice. EXTENDED RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

For gift purchases made between the 20th November 2025 and the 24 December 2025, we are pleased to provide you with an extension on returns until Sunday 31st January 2026, or at least 14 days from the purchase date, provided all other return conditions are met.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Silvershop. If for any reason you change your mind, any items in new and unused condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, as long as you have proof of purchase. Refunds must be processed using the original payment method.
