Where possible avoid contact with pool water, the ocean, perfume, makeup and lotions – these can all affect the colour and finish of your jewellery.

Precious jewellery will naturally tarnish and can look dull over time. We suggest using one of our signature Silvershop Care Kits to regularly clean and polish your jewellery.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post’s Express Post service.

All orders will include the option for a Flat Rate of $15 for Express Shipping (Approx 2-3 business days from dispatch date) .

For orders over $99, we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment being processed.

During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s day and any other promotional period, it may take us up to 72 hours to dispatch your order.

In the unlikely event of further delays, for instance if a piece is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking email with your AusPost tracking information once your order has been processed.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partner, Australia Post will no longer require a signature on delivery. This allows them to drop your parcel at the door without contact to maintain social distancing due to COVID-19.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so that we can do our best to assist.

We are currently only able to provide international delivery to New Zealand and the United States.

If for any reason you change your mind, any items in new and unused condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, as long as you have proof of purchase.
